FINES FOR VIOLATION OF RULES

These fines will be imposed against unit owners for violations of the Greenwich Condominium Rules by either: The unit owner, tenant, resident, visitor or guest of the unit owner.

·        1^st Violation of Greenwich Condominium rules will be a $15.00 fine for a single violation or the cost of repair for any damages caused by the violation, whichever is greater.  If the nature of the violation is one that could be cured by the unit owner or resident and the violation is not cured within 24 hours of notice, the fine will be $15.00 per day until the violation is cured or the cost of repair for any damages caused by the continued violation whichever is greater.

·        2^nd Violation of the same Greenwich Condominium Rule will be a $25.00 fine for a single violation or the cost of repair for any damages caused by the violation, whichever is greater.  If the nature of the violation is one that could be cured by the unit owner or resident and the violation is not cured within 24 hours of notice, the fine will be $25.00 per day until the violation is cured or the cost of repair for any damages caused by the continued violation whichever is greater.

·        3^rd Violation of the same Greenwich Condominium Rule will be a $50.00 fine for a single violation or the cost of repair for any damages caused by the violation, whichever is greater.  If the nature of the violation is one that could be cured by the unit owner or resident and the violation is not cured within 24 hours of notice, the fine will be $50.00 per day until the violation is cured or the cost of repair for any damages caused by the continued violation whichever is greater.
